I am most busy during the January – May part of the year. A fun ongoing client project means that I’m traveling across Texas to cover weekend events.
Is it tiring? Yep.
Do I love what I do? Most definitely.
Do I believe in the mission? You betcha!
What that means is that there isn’t much time for much else. Which in a way is actually a good thing. For those five months, I am hyperfocused on a single project. It’s oddly liberating. I’m glad that it isn’t this busy all year long, because I do like to work on other projects and this feeds my curiosity and wanderlust nature. It’s truly the best of bother worlds and one of the reasons I enjoy being an entrepreneur.
